Politics in the second district

At least five candidates are currently running for the open seat in New Hampshire’s 2nd Congressional district. The current Representative, Democrat Paul Hodes, is running for the Senate seat held by Republican Judd Gregg since 1993. Gregg announced that he would not seek re-election in 2010.

June 2-11, 2010 – Filing period for candidates in New Hampshire’s primary

September 14, 2010 – Primary election

November 2, 2010 – Election day
